Welcome to Pooshlo! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pooshlo mobile application (the “App”) and related services (“Services”) operated by
POOSHLO LLC (“Pooshlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
To use the App, you must
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Pooshlo enables verified creators to earn money by engaging with branded social media content (likes, comments, shares). Brands use our platform to define engagement goals and launch scalable campaigns with real-time results.
No content creation is required from creators.
You may be required to register and create an account to access the Services. You agree to
• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
You agree not to
• Use automation, bots, or fraudulent methods to engage with content.
• Post, promote, or participate in illegal, harmful, or misleading activities.
• Violate the community guidelines of any integrated social platform.
• Interfere with or reverse engineer the App or its services.
• Creators earn fixed payments for completing verified tasks.
• Brands pre-fund campaigns and pay per engagement.
• Pooshlo may charge a service fee per transaction.
• All payments are processed via integrated wallet and subject to compliance and fraud checks.
• You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
All content, trademarks, code, and technology within the App are owned by or licensed to Pooshlo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it carefully. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for
• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Legal or platform compliance violations.
• You may delete your account at any time via the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding
• Platform uptime or availability.
• Specific earnings or engagement results.
• Continued access to third-party integrations (e.g., TikTok, Instagram).
• Use the App at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Pooshlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including
• Loss of income or data.
• Reputation damage.
• Platform outages or third-party restrictions.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
All disputes will be resolved in the courts or through arbitration located in New Castle County, Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
